1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- The student has not attended more than 2 sessions.
- The student provides a valid reason for the refund request, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- The student repeatedly reschedules or cancels sessions without valid reasons.
- The student fails to follow the mentorship instructions or guidelines provided.
- Excessive messaging or communication that disrupts the mentorship process.
- The student has attended more than 2 session or accessed significant course content.
- Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date.
3. Refund Process To request a refund, students must submit a written request via email to smartmoneymentorship@outlook.com with the following details:
- Full name and order number.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Evidence to support the claim (if applicable).
4. Processing Time Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution If a student disputes a refund denial, they may appeal by providing additional evidence within 5 business days of the initial decision.
